From their base in Tyne and Wear, they deliver high-quality logs across the UK, helping customers stay warm with confidence in the product they’re burning. When Wood Fuel Barn partnered with White Room, they weren’t just looking for a new website. They wanted a digital platform that would streamline national orders, highlight their accreditations, and reflect the trust they’ve earned with loyal customers over 25 years.



Our objective was to translate WoodFuelBarn's established reputation as a leading wood fuel supplier in the North East of England, with over 25 years of experience, into a compelling and user-friendly online presence. We focused on clearly communicating their key strengths: their sustainably grown British firewood, their achievement of Woodsure +Plus and HETAS accreditations, and their commitment to quality and customer service. The website was designed to provide easy access to essential information, from their "About Us" story and delivery details to their range of kiln-dried hardwood and softwood logs, as well as helpful guides on fuel and stove operation. By showcasing customer testimonials and emphasising their dedication to sustainable practices, the site aims to build trust and reinforce WoodFuelBarn's position as a reliable and knowledgeable supplier.
Beyond the core product information, the website incorporates dedicated sections for comprehensive guides, including details on "Ready to Burn Fuel," "Stove Operation," and general information about "Firewood," demonstrating WoodFuelBarn's expertise and providing valuable resources for their customers to make informed decisions.
