Philip Cussins House is a warm and welcoming care home, renowned for the exceptional care and attention provided by its dedicated staff. With a strong reputation within the local community, PCH (as it’s affectionately known) asked White Room to create a comprehensive brand design, along with a digital marketing strategy and a promotional video, to showcase the heart of the home and the unique services it offers.

The brief was to convey the caring, compassionate nature of the home through the website and other digital media. The new branding needed to resonate with prospective residents and their families, reflecting the nurturing environment and the genuine relationships between staff and residents. We focused on creating a digital presence that would highlight the warmth and comfort of the home, while providing all the essential information that prospective residents would need to make an informed decision.
A key element of the project was the production of a promotional video, which brought the brand’s essence to life. Our cameraman and producer worked closely with the staff and residents, capturing the genuine warmth and care that defines Philip Cussins House. The video not only provided an authentic view of the home but also helped prospective residents and their families connect emotionally with the environment and the people who call it home.
