Indiemand was born from a genuine passion for film and a desire to champion independent talent. Founded by entrepreneurs Jake and Richard, the company set out to give a platform to underrepresented filmmakers — offering them not only recognition but also the opportunity to reach a wider audience through a unique awards model. Their mission was clear: to empower creatives and shine a spotlight on emerging voices in the film industry.
Jake and Richard approached White Room with an exciting brief — to create a website that not only impressed visually but also delivered a seamless, high-performance experience for a growing user base. The platform needed to be both stylish and highly functional, offering users a quick, intuitive journey from exploration to participation.
We worked closely with the founders to design and develop a bespoke site that clearly communicated the company’s concept, values and offering. Strong calls to action and clear messaging were paired with an engaging layout to ensure that users were enticed to register, submit entries, and share the experience with others.
